End User License Agreement
Spontificant is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the applicable end user license agreement described below. Spontificant is operated by High Wire Development LLC ("High Wire," "we," "us," or "our").
iOS (Apple App Store)
If you download Spontificant from the Apple App Store, your license to use the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. We do not provide a separate custom EULA for iOS; Apple's standard agreement applies as our end user license agreement.
Android and other platforms
On Android and any other platform where Spontificant is made available, your use of the app is licensed to you under our Terms of Service, which grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to those Terms.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the app; or circumvent feature limits, subscription checks, or security controls. High Wire and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights.
