These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed when using Spontificant, including when creating reminders, messages, titles, templates, shared content, support requests, or any other content connected to the Service.

These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. High Wire Development LLC ("High Wire," "we," "us," or "our") may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

Do not use Spontificant to create, store, send, or share content that harasses, threatens, bullies, abuses, degrades, or targets another person or group.

2. No Hate or Extremism

Spontificant is not an emergency service or crisis support tool. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.

4. No Sexual Exploitation or Abuse

Do not create, store, send, or share content involving sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, non-consensual sexual material, or sexual content involving minors. We may report suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

5. No Illegal Activity

Do not use Spontificant to commit, facilitate, plan, or encourage illegal activity, including fraud, theft, stalking, unauthorized access, drug trafficking, or evasion of law enforcement.

7. No Spam, Manipulation, or Abuse

Do not abuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass limits, generate spam, scrape data, attack infrastructure, or use automated systems in a way that harms the Service or other users.

8. Reminder Safety

Spontificant reminders can be delayed or missed due to device settings, operating system behavior, battery optimization, permissions, and other conditions. Do not rely on Spontificant for emergencies, medical dosing, safety-critical instructions, legal deadlines, or any situation where a missed or delayed notification could cause harm.

9. Reporting Concerns
